Booking is simple and flexible. You can reserve places, by calling our friendly team, by emailing us, or by visiting us in person during opening hours. We are happy to talk through options and help you choose the sessions that best suit your child and your schedule.

- Email: Send us your preferred dates and activities, and we will reply with availability and next steps.
Information We Need
To keep children safe and comfortable, we will ask for you to fill in a registration form every year. Having this information ready helps us confirm your place quickly and smoothly.
- Child’s full name, age, and school year
- Parent or carer contact details (phone and email)
- Emergency contact name and number
- Medical information, allergies, or additional needs
- Authorised adults for collection and any password for pick-up
- Preferred dates, times, and chosen activities
Opening Times
Our May half term activities run from 8:00am to 5:50pm, Monday to Friday. Sessions can fill up quickly, especially on popular days, so we recommend booking as early as possible. If a session is fully booked, we can add you to a waiting list and let you know if a space becomes free.
Accessibility & Special Requirements
We aim to make our activities welcoming and accessible for every child. Please let us know about any additional needs, medical conditions, or access requirements when you book. Our team will work with you to plan suitable adjustments, discuss one-to-one support where needed, and make sure your child feels safe, included, and confident to join in.

Fees and How to Pay
Daily Fee
The standard fee is £40 per day per child. This helps us provide a safe, welcoming and well-resourced environment for your child.
What the Daily Fee Covers
Your daily fee includes:
- All planned activities and use of equipment
- Supervision and care throughout the booked hours
- Indoor and outdoor play, crafts and games
Trips
Trips are charged separately. We will always let you know the cost in advance and ask for your agreement before your child takes part.
How to Pay
You can pay by:
- Bank transfer (details provided with your booking confirmation)
- Tax free childcare vouchers
- Salary sacrifice childcare vouchers.
Booking and Payment Terms
Payment is due to confirm your child’s booking.
